Studios Group Martial Arts is owned and operated in Calgary by husband and wife Master Paul and Mrs. Karleen Thibault.

In early 2000, Master Paul Thibault opened his first World Taekwondo (Olympic style) school in the Mid-Sun Community Center. In 2006, Mrs Thibault joined Master Thibault in running the dojang and Studios Group Martial Arts found a new home inside of the Fish Creek Sports Club. They have been continuing to grow their business ever since.

Combined, they have over 50 years of experience in Martial Arts. Through their many years of experience, they have taught and worked closely with Special Olympic athletes, children with Cancer, Sports Calgary, the Calgary Public Library public private schools, and pretty much every age group.

SGMA is a proud supporter of Candian Tire's JumpStart and KidSport Calgary's funding programs for children.
